OUR SERVICES

Comprehensive Training

Training and Exercise Program

Preparing the Team

We help create training and exercise programs tailored to your specific needs for your emergency operations centre team. These programs are risk-based and are structured to progress in difficulty ensuring that no matter the skill level, all members can progress with the team to a level of competency required under stressful circumstances.

Training and Exercise Design

Preparing the Individual

One of our primary services is to provide training and exercise design support to organizations that may need guidance in planning and executing a training and exercise program. We take a collaborative approach targeting your objectives and needs turning them into a product that you and your team can train with to prepare for future emergencies. Our team is ready to support the execution of such training also and provide feedback on plans and policy.

Policy and Plan Development

Preparing the Institution

The institution requires policy and plans in place to support an emergency management team in its duties to supporting responders during a large emergency event. In Canada, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Z1600 details what you need to be prepared. All plans are developed from a risk-based collaborative approach within your community ensuring that you are well prepared for any incident. As of October 2025, we will be able to write plans to the CSA Z1600 standard giving you the best product for your organization.
